SHIPPING POLICY

At MERCUREE, we currently ship within Australia only.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING TIMES (AUSTRALIA)

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. MERCUREE is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

MERCUREE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you with a carrier investigation.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
